Swordfish

I feel this is blog worthy... I have successfully cooked my first fish meal. I have no idea why I was so intimidated of it before! It was delicious, if I do say so myself. I topped it off with some fresh mango/papaya salsa. Yummo. Well, back to my National Geographic film on Africa. Cheers to all.
