42 DAYS!

According to our Crate and Barrel registry website, there are currently 42 days until the Cooper-Wade Wedding extravaganza. Perhaps I can use that as an excuse as to why I haven't posted in a month and a half? Or could it be that I started my doctoral program full time on June 23? Needless to say, things are rocking here in Seattle, and SUPER exciting things are going on in the lives of those around me as well. I must admit that each of these topics I will touch on below require their own post, however, highlights will have to do for now. Before I head down to the pictures, however, I should mention that Ryan has officially moved to San Francisco and started culinary school! Steven leaves for college August 21! Yeah Cooper boys! On July 6th, my GREAT friend Chelsea welcomed in to the world her BEAUTIFUL daughter Siena. Look at that little cuddler! Congrats Chels! I am so proud of you, and I know you are a great mom already. I can't wait to celebrate her 2month birthday with you on Sept 6. She'll need to wear purple (eggplant) to match her mamma! Meanwhile, in Chicago, Britt has been working full time as a nurse and starring as the LEAD actress in the new NBC pilot the 'In Betweens'!! SO AWESOME! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to this website- watch the show, and vote funny! It has already been picked up by NBC local.. one step closer to getting it on TV!

INTRODUCING MR. AND MRS. ADAM WILLARD!!!

This event of the century certainly requires it's own post. Claire and Adam married on June 21st after dating for 4 (!) years!! They are an absolutely amazing couple, and I am so blessed to know them. Claire and I feel grateful for the opportunity to plan our weddings together.. it is great to be able to bounce ideas back and forth. Their big day went off without a hitch! She was a stunning and gracious bride (as if you couldn't already tell that from the photos).

When I last posted Dave and Becky (soon to be in-laws!!) were in town, but I wasn't able to tell you about the BEAR they saw on their way up to Whistler. They took this picture- can you believe how close they were?
